I had a great jewelry party tonight. I made some long necklaces and sold two of them. I also made some funny cat rings and got an order to make three of them. My party was at the Jolly Roger Bar in Portland. They've been very supportive of my work. Here are some new designs I've made recently.

I have finally gotten around to adding some more jewelry to my ETSY shop. Here is a necklace I recently made. It had matching earrings but I sold them a few days ago. I'll make them again soon. I am using silver plated wire because it seems to hold up well and can withstand being pounded with my elf hammer. ( That's what my husband calls it!) I make my own clasps in a hook and eye style. They stay on very well. I love freshwater pearls and these lavender ones are just yummy!

As for me, I'm working on a portfolio to be juried for Portland's Saturday Market this weekend. I've been selling primarily through parties up until now. If I'm accepted, I'll be selling at Saturday Market this summer.
